相关法律事项

一、 本广告价格适用于所有在中华人民共和国境内从事商业活动的企业和团体；
二、 预订广告时需交验下列证明：
   1 、工商企业单位应出具营业执照副本复印件及单位证明；
   2 、机关团体事业单位应出具单位证明；
   3 、广告公司应出具营业执照、年审合格证明、所代理客户营业执照复印件及其代理 委托书。
三、 广告内容应遵守《中华人民共和国广告法》及国家相关法律规定；
四 、 预订广告时，需与杂志社签定书面合同。合同一经双方签定即具法律效力，如果客户或广告代 理未经协商自行违约，杂志社保留寻求法律途径解决有关事宜的权力；
五、如果不按合同刊出广告时，应提前 20 天通知本刊广告部，否则广告版面费用由预订方支付。 连续刊登的广告若在规定期限内收不到新稿，则刊用最近一期旧稿；
六、对于任何由意外事故以及非杂志社所能控制的任何形式的原因所造成的出版或发行延误，本杂 志社将不承担责任。未尽事宜，以及临时变动，严格按照合同及双方约定执行；
七、广告须提前 20 天预订版位；
八、广告费请在刊前一周预付。
